My favorite building in Chicago hasn’t actually opened its doors yet, but our team took a hard hat tour this week; it’s clear that OneEleven will deliver exactly what it has promised. The city and river views are beautiful and there isn’t a bad angle in the building. The units are truly luxurious with gourmet kitchens that feature Snaidero duotone cabinetry, gorgeous custom stove hoods, and quartz countertops.

Residents will be spoiled by OneEleven’s vast amenity floor with a tech bar, business center, screening room, indoor pool and spa, river lounge, and private fitness center. Dog owners will love the indoor/outdoor private dog run and spa, especially in the winter. In my opinion, the best amenity is their bi-level sundeck that provides pool access, lounge seating, fire pit, private cabanas, and outdoor kitchens with grills.
