Chicago Loop Apartments: OneEleven Breaks Sale Record
One of the newest luxury apartment buildings in downtown Chicago has been receiving a lot of media attention in the last few weeks. Related Realty sold OneEleven to Heitman, a Chicago-based investment firm. The record-breaking sale closed at $328 million with a per-unit price of $651,000.
Even with the change of management, OneEleven has available units to rent in 2015. These Chicago Loop apartments offer unique studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom floor plans. No matter which unit style is selected, the unparalleled quality is consistent throughout the entire building. Every floor plan features elegant Sniadero duotone cabinetry, with soft-close cabinets and drawers. Residents enjoy the custom-designed wide-plank flooring runs throughout each apartment—including the bedrooms. From this unique position on the Chicago River, the most amazing feature of these downtown Chicago apartments might just be the stunning views.
Beyond their beautiful apartments, residents at OneEleven have many amenity spaces to utilize as an extension of their home. From working out in the expansive, state-of-the-art fitness center to swimming laps in the serene indoor pool, the 23rd floor has a space for everything. In the summer, the indoor pool opens up to the bi-level sundeck, where residents can lounge, relax by a fire, or grill in a private outdoor kitchen. Watch a movie or a basketball game in the movie theater or have friends over for a game in the billiards room. OneEleven also offers a full-service pet spa and dog run directly in the building, which is the ultimate convenience during a blizzard or polar vortex.
Down at street level, OneEleven currently has two tenants for their retail space. The first is planning to open this fall; 111 W. Wacker will be SoulCycle’s second Chicago location. The second doesn’t yet have a projected opening date yet, but Bounce is a restaurant and bar packed with pingpong tables that has leased about 10,000 square feet at OneEleven.
Even with the new inventory of downtown Chicago apartments in 2015, OneEleven’s recent sale proves that this building belongs at the top. To learn more about these luxury apartments or schedule a showing, click below.
