Luxury Living Chicago is excited to announce our exclusive leasing projects at Warren Ashland Place (1069 W Warren) and Huron Place (951 W Huron) are 100 percent leased.

Both buildings opened for occupancy at the begining of 2015 and were leased up very quickly by Luxury Living Chicago’s exclusive team. Kudos to Jacob Kosior, Mark Ziemke, Michael Heimann, Tamara Hirsch and Axel Cohen for their hard work!

Warren Ashland Place features 52 West Loop apartments with bamboo flooring, gourmet chef’s kitchens, custom closets, luxurious bathrooms and crown moulding with high ceilings. The units were all two bedroom floor plans and were priced between $2000 to $2750 a month and included one parking spot in the attached heated garage.

Huron Place in the River West neighborhood is a boutique-style apartment building with just 12 units. All units were upgraded two bedroom apartments with beautiful kitchens, bamboo floors and upgraded baths. Since the property was smaller, each unit was a corner unit with windows throughout and private outdoor spaces. Apartments were priced between $2700 to $3200 a month and included a parking spot in the building’s private garage.

Warren Ashland Place and Huron Place were both developed by the Michigan Avenue Real Estate Group. Other West Loop apartments from MAREG include Madison Aberdeen Place and Van Buren Morgan Place.

Chicago’s West Loop apartments continue to be in high demand as the neighborhood begins to develop and grow with a new Mariano’s, Target and Whole Foods added this year. Google will open a new office building at 1000 W. Fulton and the new Bennet Day School 955 W. Grand is under construction. The West Loop is also home to the growing Restaurant Row featuring Formento’s Chicago – one of the hottest new restaurants in the city.
