Chicago Apartment Deals 9/23/15 [PRICING SPECIALS]

It’s that time of year again, when the leaves start changing color, the nights get a little cooler and downtown Chicago apartment pricing starts to fall.

The autumn season is traditionally when Chicago area rents come down from the height of summer pricing. We’ve rounded up a few of our favorite specials so renters who are looking to move in the next month or so can jump on great apartment  pricing and rent specials.

DEAL 1: GATEWAY WEST LOOP APARTMENTS

These brand new West Loop apartments are currently running a few specials on select apartments. There is a one month free special on the ’08 tier of two bedroom apartments. All other units qualify for a $1,000 upfront credit and can be rented with move dates between now and December 31st, 2015.

DEAL 2: ONEELEVEN LOOP APARTMENTS

This ultra luxury Chicago apartment tower on the border of the Loop and River North is offering one month free on available one and two bedroom apartments for move-ins by October 15th, 2015.

DEAL 3: CHESTNUT TOWER GOLD COAST APARTMENTS

This established rental building on the border of the Gold Coast and River North neighborhood is offering one-month free rent on all vacant one and two bedroom apartments as long as the lease begins by September 30th, 2015.

DEAL 4: NEW CITY LINCOLN PARK APARTMENTS

These brand new Lincoln Park apartments are not currently offering any special deals. However, the building recently opened in August 2015 and is offering some wonderful introductory pricing to incentivize and reward renters. Studios are starting at $1572, one-bedrooms are starting around $2000 and two bedrooms are starting at $3200.
