Downtown Chicago Apartment Sublets

Sometimes renters need to vacate their Chicago apartment before the end of their lease  because of a job transfer, they just bought a home, or various other reasons.  This is a called a sublet, and is defined as: the act of allowing someone to use their apartment that they are renting for a period of time in return for payment.  This someone becomes the leaseholder’s ‘subtenant.’

We often work with our clients that are looking to sublet their apartment.  Here are four sublets that are currently available on the market for various lease terms:
