The Loop’s Next Luxury Property – MILA
At the northeast corner of the Loop neighborhood, MILA will be complete in the spring of 2016. Mansion Global shared a preview of the property last week, where they referenced data from Luxury Living’s second quarter report. From amazing views down Michigan Avenue to 24/7 room service and extensive amenities, these downtown Chicago apartments leave nothing to be desired.
Just over the river from River North and a block from Millennium Park, MILA has an extremely convenient location for those who enjoy Chicago’s waterfront access and work downtown. Residents will have their choice of the CTA lines, with seven of the L options within a block. The Lakeshore East park, Mariano’s grocery store and a range of restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
The residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, 1GB fiber for cable and internet, and full-size washer/dryer in-unit. Each gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and high gloss cabinetry and corner units include balconies.
MILA’s amenities will raise the bar for luxury apartment buildings even higher with 30,000 square feet of spaces to entertain, work out, or relax. From the sky lounge with catering kitchen to the fitness center with yoga studio and Fitness-On-Demand, residents have endless options at MILA. The urban garden and deck will offer grill stations, bocce ball court, fire pits, herb garden, and outdoor televisions. Dog owners will appreciate the pet grooming station with an outdoor dog run and cyclists will love the convenient bike storage with a tune-up station. Residents will be pampered with valet parking, maid service, on-site concierge, package receiving with cold food storage, and 24/7 room service.
