Even with a significant increase in inventory, the West Loop luxury rental market is running full-steam ahead. Luxury Living Chicago Realty exclusively markets and leases a portfolio of properties developed by Michigan Avenue Real Estate Group.

The two newest properties, Jackson Throop Place and Madison Throop Place have been well-received since beginning pre-leasing in 2016. In just over a month, Jackson Throop Place has leased 50% of the project’s first phase, while Madison Throop Place leased 13 apartments on the first day. The boutique properties have similar locations and condo-quality finishes, with bamboo floors throughout, high ceilings, and crown moulding.

There are many similarities across the luxury properties in the West Loop portfolio; each apartment includes private outdoor space and a reserved parking spot in the heated garage. The chef’s kitchens feature quartz countertops, stainless steel Bosch and Whirlpool appliances, glass range hood, glass backsplash, and solid wood cabinetry. The bedrooms have a custom-designed closet with shelving, and the bathrooms are finished with Italian marble. Each of the West Loop apartments includes an in-unit washer/dryer and individually controlled heating and cooling.

Since opening in 2014, Madison Aberdeen Place has been extremely popular among West Loop residents. The building is only two blocks from Restaurant Row and Mary Bartelme Park. Availability and pricing for Madison Aberdeen Place are constantly updated on the property page; there are two units currently coming available in March and April.

Van Buren Morgan Place opened in 2014 and has a few two bedroom apartments available, ranging from $2450-2650. Warren Ashland Place had move-ins beginning in March 2015 and is expected to have rental opportunities again this spring.
