Broker Round Table – Wolf Point West
The Broker Round Table Series focuses on a different luxury apartment property each week. Luxury Living Chicago Realty’s proficient team of brokers has 84 years of combined experience in downtown Chicago’s luxury market. Since 2013, the team has rented 1500 apartments. The brokerage team provides best-in-class service for renters and buyers searching for a new home; each broker has a wealth of knowledge about every luxury property in downtown Chicago. The Broker Round Table series allows the team to play favorites and choose the best part of the week’s featured building.
Wolf Point West began leasing earlier this year and will be completely finished in April. Set on the west bend of the Chicago River, the River North apartments provide incredible views of the city and elegant finishes. Each apartment features plank flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious closets. With white quartz counters and stainless steel appliances, the gourmet kitchens also include a glass backsplash, soft-close duotone cabinetry, and Kohler fixtures. From the fitness center on the 46th floor down to the ground-level outdoor pool overlooking the riverfront, the residents of Wolf Point West will have a variety of amenity spaces to entertain or work from home. Residents can host friends on the sky deck with outdoor kitchens, lounge seating, fire pit, and TVs or in the club room with a golf simulator.
Here’s what each broker spotlighted as their favorite part of Wolf Point West:
Tristen Heimann: Views, Views, Million Dollar Views! As it’s located right where the Chicago River splits, residents are able to get sweeping views in all 3 directions following the river. Truly a jaw-dropper. They also have “double” SE corner 1Br layout that is pretty spectacular as well.
Sam Kahn: I love how when you open the door, walk into the units you get sweeping views of the entire city. Views down the river to the East and views down the river to the South, in the same unit, in the same spot of the apartment, that never happens. The views at Wolf Point West are breathtaking.
Jill Casey: My favorite part of Wolf Point is the golf simulator. As all Chicago residents know there are very few options in the city for golfers, so having a golf simulator in your building sets Wolf Point apart!
Axel Cohen: The views! The unobstructed views of the river bend are one of a kind; you feel like you’re floating on a river boat. I can’t wait for the rooftop amenity level to be finished in April!
Tamara Hirsch: I love the location of Wolf Point. It is situated in a cul-de-sac so residents have the benefit of living in the heart of downtown but without all of the hustle right outside the door yet, they can walk just a few steps to get to everything! Within minutes residents can walk to Hubbard and Kinzie Streets where most of the trendy River North restaurants are located. Or, they can cross the Orleans Street bridge to get to the Loop for work, the theatre district, and shopping. The super bonus is the quick access to the River Walk for a relaxing stroll down a promenade with restaurants and places to stop and enjoy the Chicago sights.
Elise Kaufmann: I’m so excited for the penthouse-level amenities to be finished next month. Having such incredible views from your treadmill in the fitness center would make working out much more enjoyable. The rooftop terrace with grills and lounge spaces will undoubtedly be one of Chicago’s best.
Darrell Scott: My favorite thing about Wolf Point is its location coupled with its unprecedented views. It’s located in River North with easy access to the West Loop and the Loop itself. It’s a very transient location, but still in close proximity to restaurants, cafes, bars, and the offices of many who work downtown. Located at the bend of the Chicago River, the views are some of the best in the city. The SE corner 1BR is hands down, one of the best corner apartments in all of Chicago.
