Darrell Scott

Director of Residential Sales, Darrell Scott, recently helped a client purchase a new construction three-bedroom in Humboldt Park. Darrell has helped over 500 people find a place to call home in Chicago and has been steadily growing his sales business for the last few years. He also currently has a Gold Coast studio listing and a couple of other sales pending in River North and Streeterville.

Tamara Hirsch 

While Tamara is a life-long resident of Streeterville, she has been working with many clients to sell their units in River North.  She recently sold two apartments in River North with gorgeous city views, has another unit under contract, and has two new listings in the neighborhood. Tamara also works with clients in other neighborhoods and is helping a client find the perfect home in Lakeview. With nine years of experience in Chicago’s luxury real estate industry, Tamara is an expert in helping guide clients in the right direction to either rent, buy or sell.

Sam Kahn

At the end of 2015, Sam Kahn joined the Luxury Living Chicago team, where he continued working closely with renters, buyers, and sellers to provide the best possible real estate experience. Sam closed a one-bedroom condo in Lakeview last month and is closing on a truly unique property in Ukranian Village next week. He also has two listings currently under contract- a high-end River North unit and a top-floor two bedroom in the West Loop. Outside of city limits, Sam is the listing agent on a massive 1.5 million home in Oak Brook.

Axel Cohen

Senior Broker Associate, Axel Cohen, has been helping his clients rent, buy, and sell since he first got his start in real estate in 2012. Last month, Axel helped his clients find a new construction two-bedroom with luxurious finishes, including a master bath featuring a steam shower, heated marble floors, and a dual vanity. Earlier this year, Axel also worked with a previous Luxury Living rental client to purchase a permanent home in Lakeshore East.
