ELEVATE at Taste of Lincoln

Lincoln Park’s first Class “A” luxury apartment building, ELEVATE, sponsored a tent at the Taste of Lincoln this past weekend; the neighborhood newcomer set up directly across from the construction site at Altgeld and Lincoln to introduce the luxury development. The team passed out brochures and goodies, answered questions from neighborhood residents, and helped people sign up for ELEVATE email updates.

Demolition of the old Lincoln Centre condo complex began earlier this summer and the official ELEVATE groundbreaking is expected to occur in the next couple of weeks. With 16,300 square feet of retail space along Lincoln Avenue, the mixed-use 191- unit apartment building is scheduled for occupancy the summer of 2017 and residents will have an exclusive entrance at 930 W. Altgeld Street.

The brand-new Lincoln Park apartments will include a mix of studios;  one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The high-end interior finishes will feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, and washer/dryer in-unit. ELEVATE will also offer sixteen penthouse units, including three extraordinary penthouse duplexes, which offer a gourmet kitchen, expansive master suite, elegant finishes, private outdoor space and Chicago skyline views.

ELEVATE’s full suite of building amenities will raise the bar for Chicago’s luxury neighborhood developments. From the rooftop pool and sun deck to the 24-hour fitness center, residents will have a variety of spaces to utilize and entertain. Beautiful summer days will be enjoyed on the rooftop, with cabanas, grilling areas, and a fire pit. Both dogs and pet owners will be pampered with a private dog run on-site. The state-of-the-art fitness center will provide a true health club experience an interactive studio and yoga room.
