Chicago Apartment Deals 10/5/16 [Pricing Update]

As the rental season slows down, the Pricing Update series returns as we round up some of the best downtown Chicago apartment specials.

Deal 1: Vesta Lofts South Loop Apartments

Originally home to the Vesta Battery Company, this loft-conversion has been named to the National Register of Historic Places. Three South Loop apartments in the boutique building are currently available for rent: a studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom. Pricing ranges from $1350-2077, depending on unit size. With original brick and timber loft construction, Vesta Lofts apartments feature a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel, quartz countertops and dark wood cabinets, hardwood-like flooring, lofted ceilings, marble and tile baths, and washer/dryer.

Deal 2: Luxe on Chicago West Town Apartments

With floor plans ranging from efficient studios to spacious three bedrooms, the boutique building offers residents amenities rarely found in West Town. Construction at Luxe on Chicago has recently been completed and there are a few apartments still available for October move-ins. The concession is two months free rent on an 18-month lease, which nets two bedroom pricing to start at $2391. Each West Town luxury apartment offers an open floor plan, oversized windows, gourmet kitchen features and appliances, Nest thermostats, and washer/dryer. The property also includes a fitness center, business center, and rooftop deck with lounge spaces and BBQ grills.

Deal 3: L Logan Square Co-Living

There are still a few rental opportunities at L, Logan Square’s newest luxury apartment building. Co-living, individual rooms for rent within a three bedroom apartment, offer a unique neighborhood option. The co-living lifestyle provides residents with furnished shared spaces and full access to the building amenities, including a fitness center, resident lounge, and outdoor sundeck with grills, fire pit, and L car lounge. Monthly rates start at $1075 and depend on the bedroom size, floor height, and en-suite bathroom. Each Logan Square apartment features wide-plank flooring throughout, custom closets, and washer/dryer in-unit; the kitchens include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a built-in wine rack, and garbage disposal.
