Aaron Galvin Receives Chicago’s Top Rental Broker Award 2013

The Chicago Association of Realtors recently celebrated and honored the sales achievements of Chicago’s top producing real estate brokers of 2013.

Our team was excited to attend the event at the Drake Hotel to support Luxury Living Chicago Realty’s Managing Broker, Aaron Galvin, who was awarded as Chicago’s Top Rental Broker for the second year in a row.

Galvin was presented on stage with a CARLy award for Top Producer Platinum Rentals at the ceremony. He was number one in the category with 286 rentals in 2013, making him the top rental broker in Chicago.

Galvin received a C.A.R. Gold Achiever award last year for renting more than 125 Chicago apartments in 2012.

This year’s success can be attributed to Luxury Living Chicago’s exclusive leasing and marketing engagement with Vesta Lofts (125 East 21^st Street) in the South Loop, as well as an increased portfolio of luxury Chicago condos for rent.

Galvin also attributes the award to the growth of the Luxury Living Chicago team, who supports the business by consistently leasing the most downtown Chicago apartments.
