The developers, Baker Development, were very hands-on throughout the whole process to ensure that ELEVATE fits in the built vernacular with the traditional courtyard building, but with a modern 2018 twist. Also, the thick German engineered acoustical glass to mute the train noise is very impressive.

Jake Tasharski: My very first apartment was down the street from Lincoln and Kenmore. The building is in such a great location. The residents are going to love living down the street from Lincoln hall and so many good bars and restaurants at their fingertips. As for the building, the lobby is going to be unreal, unlike anything in the immediate area. The hallways are sophisticated yet understated and the units are rather accommodating, some with wall to wall windows to draw your eye out. With the building positioned at an angle, the units are granted unique vantage points. Even the low-level units on the neighborhood side have neat perspectives atop the trees and low lying buildings
