Sam Kahn: My favorite thing about Amli River North is the attention to detail given by the developers.  The building truly feels and lives like a 5 star hotel.  Everything from the amenities, the lobby, and the units are all top of the line Luxury.  The location also is second to none and allows you to step right out into the middle of the Chicago night life scene.

Jill Casey: AMLI River North’s incredible pool deck and outdoor terrace is my personal favorite in the city! With ample TVs in the poolside cabanas, fireplaces throughout the terrace, a well kept dog run, and beautiful landscaping makes it hard to beat in the summertime.

Tristen Heimann: From a maintenance standpoint, I love that if they don’t address your “work order” within 48 hours, you don’t have to pay rent for the time elapsed to fix the issue. No other management company I know of upholds to those standards. Pretty impressive.

Axel Cohen: My favorite part of AMLI River North is their expansive communal outdoor deck. The landscaping is beautiful, the pool is great, and the herb garden and the private cabanas are a really nice touch!

Julie Markowitz: My favorite part of AMLI River North is the outdoor space. The dog run is a great space, especially for bigger dogs who need more space to run.

Elise Kaufmann: Residents at AMLI River North receive one of Chicago’s highest levels of service. The building has experienced an on-site concierge, who will help buy show tickets or make reservations.
