Chicago Apartment Deals 10/9/15 [Pricing Specials]

As we head into the month of October, pricing specials for downtown Chicago apartments are getting better.

DEAL 1: JONES CHICAGO RIVER NORTH APARTMENTS

This brand new, River North apartment building is now offering two months free on a 14 month lease for all remaining units. In order to receive two months free, you must move in or take possession between now and October 31st.

DEAL 2: ARKADIA TOWER WEST LOOP APARTMENTS

In the Greektown neighborhood of the West Loop, Arkadia Tower is almost fully leased. The available apartments are now applicable for two months free for move-ins anytime in October and November.

DEAL 3: PARC HURON RIVER NORTH APARTMENTS

This West Loop boutique building rarely has any units available, but there are currently two units on the market- both two bedroom/two bathroom apartments. Both luxury apartments include a reserved parking spot in the heated, attached garage and are priced at $2950 and $3100 for early November move dates.
