The complex also offers residents downtown-quality community amenities including an elevated pool deck, club-style fitness center, indoor sports lounge with a golf simulator, and dog run.

These Oak Brook apartments are situated on the old McDonald’s Headquarters at 2150 McDonald Dr. This new mixed-use community features its own wide selection of retail, restaurants, office space, and a vibrant new park called “The Pitch”. One Oak Brook Commons also offers direct access to Oakbrook Center’s premier shopping and dining options, as well as top-tier golf courses, polo fields, and parks.

Pre-leasing begins in late 2021 with first move-ins anticipated in January 2022. One bedrooms will rent for $2,395 per month, while two-bedroom units start at $3,395 per month, and three-bedroom units will rent for $4,750 per month. Two and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses, will be available in the Spring.
