Jackson Throop Place Begins Pre-Leasing for Second Phase
As leasing wraps up for phase I of Jackson Throop Place, phase II has now started pre-leasing for move-ins beginning May 1st through June 1st.
Phase II will have a mix of one and two bedroom apartment homes with the same gorgeous, condo-quality finishes as Phase I including gourmet kitchens, quartz countertops, large farmhouse sinks, and Bosch appliances.
In addition, each residence is equipped with bamboo hardwood floors throughout the entire unit, ten-foot ceilings, crown moulding, and custom designed closets. The spa-inspired bathrooms feature large walk-in glass showers, granite countertops, and solid wood cabinetry.
Each apartment also has a private outdoor space in the form of a terrace, balcony, or rooftop deck. One assigned parking space in the attached, heated garage is included in the rental price as well.
Jackson Throop Place’s easy access to The Loop, Fulton Market District, and the Eisenhower and Kennedy Expressways makes it a prime West Loop location. 1245 W Jackson Blvd is also just a short walk to Restaurant Row, the city’s best dining, as well as Target, and 1K Fulton.
