Business Manager

The Business Manger is a new position with Luxury Living Chicago, brought about by the increased demand for our brokerage and leasing services.

This individual will support both our Brokerage and Exclusive Leasing Divisions. He or she will manage our Brokerage team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the brokerage, with a focus on lead flow and client communications. The Business Manager will also support the Exclusive Leasing Division by identifying opportunities to improve agent scheduling and property reporting. He or she will report to and support the Director of Operations and Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Broker Associate

We are hiring an additional Broker Associate to join the Brokerage Division of Luxury Living Chicago. Our Brokerage Division specializes in the luxury rental market in Downtown Chicago and helps hundreds of clients find their new luxury home every year.

The Broker Associate will join a growing team of leasing and sales professionals to assist clients in the process of selecting their new downtown apartment or condo. Individuals with brokerage and sales experience are preferable, but extensive training will be offered to ensure this individual matches or exceeds the level of customer service that is the hallmark of our success. The Broker Associate will report to the Business Manager with initial support from the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Project Manager

We are also hiring an additional Project Manager to support our growing Exclusive Leasing Division. This Division works directly with multifamily developers and property management companies to serve as the on-site leasing team for new lease-up opportunities.

The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of one or two multifamily properties, including property marketing, financial reporting, application processing, and team communications. Project Managers also provide support, guidance, and training for the team of Residential Consultants assigned to their properties. The Project Manager will report to and support the Business Manager and Director of Operations.

Residential Consultant

Residential Consultants are our on-site leasing agents within the Exclusive Leasing Division. We are hiring several Residential Consultants to join our team in the coming months, as we begin our marketing and pre-leasing efforts at several new multifamily properties in 2016 with more to come in 2017!

Residential Consultants conduct on-site showings, manage client follow-up, and track client and property data during the lease-up. These individuals will be assigned to one or two luxury properties currently in lease-up and reports to the Project Manager associated with each property.
