Pricing Update: River North Apartments

The River North apartment market is about to expand exponentially, with over 1800 units expected to deliver in the neighborhood this year. As the market prepares to compete with the hundreds of River North apartments currently under construction, a variety of luxury properties is offering incentives for renters. We’ve rounded up four of the best pricing values currently being offered in River North:

Jones Chicago

Luxury Living Chicago’s exclusive listings at Jones Chicago are currently the best-priced units available to rent. The convertible floor plan is available now for $1903. Just north of the Merchandise Mart, these luxury apartments feature an urban modernism theme that combines River North’s textural design with high-end finishes. Each River North apartment has 9.8 foot concrete ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, dark hardwood floors, and high-gloss cabinetry. In comparison, the one bedroom River North apartments currently range from $2,277 – $2594.  The building is also offering signing bonus specials on vacant units. Although Kingsbury Plaza was built in 2007, the apartment finishes have been upgraded and the amenities were totally renovated last summer.

The Hensley 

Be the first to live in a River North apartment at The Hensley, 707 N. Wells Street.
