River North Apartments Featured on Fox 32 News

Earlier this week, Thrillist published a list of the top ten sexiest neighborhoods in the nation. Chicago’s own River North neighborhood won the #5 slot. Luxury Living Chicago Realty was featured in Fox 32’s segment on the article, where Aaron Galvin, Managing Broker/Owner, was interviewed about the neighborhood and the newest luxury River North apartments.

River North is continuously one of the most popular neighborhoods for our clients to target. Recently opened River North apartments, like Hubbard Place and AMLI River North, have been highly sought-after. In 2015, the first building to open in the neighborhood is Jones Chicago, 220 W. Illinois, which is currently leasing beautiful, urban studio, one, and two bedroom apartments.

“Jones has just an incredible skyline view. And who wouldn’t want to have a view like this?” said Aaron Galvin, as he was interviewed on a balcony at Jones Chicago.  “Young professional people that are moving down here- there’s certainly a mix, but that’s who is gravitating toward a lot of these buildings. People just want a little bit of an edge.”

The four neighborhoods that Thrillist ranked higher than River North just happen to be in states that entirely skip winter. River North provides residents with a short commute to work and a wide selection of Chicago’s hottest neighborhoods and entertainment options. This large neighborhood offers a variety of environments for River North apartments. West of Michigan Ave to LaSalle, Chicagoans enjoy the best shopping, nightlife, and world-class dining and from LaSalle to the river, there are more quiet streets, parks, boutiques, and galleries.
