River West Apartments: Seven 10 West Rendering Reveal

The first look inside Seven 10 West has officially arrived. Curbed Chicago revealed the first interior rendering for the brand-new Chicago apartments at 710 W. Grand yesterday.

Conveniently located in River West, between River North and Fulton Market, Seven 10 West will deliver 105 new apartments in early 2018. Pre-leasing will begin later this year, when prospective residents can secure a new home at 710 W. Grand. Featuring refined kitchens with a progressive open-shelving concept, the boutique building includes convertible, one, and spacious two bedroom floor plans.

Seven 10 West apartments will offer luxury wide-plank flooring and soaring ceilings. With Bluetooth-enabled door locks and security, residents will have seamless access from their smart devices and be able to share access for deliveries and guests.
